BOOKING POLICY

Please note the following before booking:

Monday-Friday are Trading Hours for Nails by Laurissa.

First time clients are required to pay a $80.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for initial booking.

The remaining amount is to be paid in cash on the day.

CASH ONLY IS TO BE PAID AT THE APPOINTMENT.

Do not be late. Your appointment may be cancelled or the service will need to be altered. 

If the appointment is to be cancelled due to lateness, a cancellation fee will be charged or deposit will be lost.

CANCELLATIONS

48 hours notice is to be advised for cancellation or rescheduling an appointment. Anything under this time frame limit will incur a $80.00 cancellation fee. Failure to pay this fee will bar you from any future bookings until it is paid.

If you have paid a deposit and reschedule 48+ hours in advance, you will have two weeks from the booking date to reschedule an appointment. For cancellations under 48 hours, your deposit will be lost.

SICKNESS

If you are feeling sick, please contact right away and reschedule your appointment to a later date keeping in mind

cancellation policy. Please be considerate of others if you are feeling unwell.

SERVICES WILL ONLY INCLUDE ACRYLIC APPLICATION TO NAILS ON HANDS/ PRESS ON ORDERS.

- NO PEDICURES ARE OFFERED

- NO SHELLAC TO NATURAL NAILS ARE OFFERED

- NO DIP PROCESS (SNS) IS OFFERED

TRAINING POLICY

A 50% Deposit is required for 1:1 Training. Cancellation under 48 hours notice will also result in the loss of your deposit so please bear this in mind once dates have been secured.

PRESS ON POLICY

Please note the following before placing an order:

Monday-Friday are Trading Hours for Nails by Laurissa.

Allow up to three business days for responses to enquiries. This does not include the weekend.

Nails by Laurissa will not respond to enquiries out of business hours. 

Orders will only commence once full payment has been processed.

Please allow 3-7 business days (not including the weekend) to receive orders Australia Wide.

Press on orders are non-refundable. Please understand this before making payment.

All ordering details are provided in 'Shop' section of website before placing an order to ensure the order is accurate.

If mistakes are made by the customer, replacement nails can be paid for along with postage fees but again, no refunds are possible.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Please note:

Australia Wide shipping is available. 

A flat delivery rate of $12.00 express is charged for all orders Australia Wide and sent express with Australia Post.

Sample delivery flat rate of $8.00 express is charged for all orders Australia Wide.

For Sydney Metro orders, pick up is available in Earlwood location.

Full address for pick up location is sent along with digital invoice via email.

 

Order delivery lead times do not include the weekend.
